Our Pillars

What Drives Us?

We operate on core principles that ensure our resources reach the people who need them the most in rural regions.

Educational Equity

From foundation-level preparation to our upcoming 100% free Saugat International School, we believe every child deserves world-class learning regardless of their background.

Grassroots Mobilization

Real change happens on the ground. Our extensive volunteer network works directly within villages to organize health camps, plantation drives, and women empowerment workshops.

Total Transparency

As a registered NGO, we maintain complete transparency with our donors. Every rupee contributed goes directly into project execution, community welfare, and institutional building.

Community Empowerment

A Decade of Dedication

Committed to grassroots development and creating lasting societal change since our inception.

Our Journey

A Vision for a Stronger, Self-Reliant Community

The Saugat Community Welfare Society (SCWS) was founded on a simple yet profound belief: the true potential of our nation lies in its villages. Over the years, we have expanded our reach across Sirsa and neighboring districts, transforming lives through dedicated action in education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and women's safety.

Our Methodology

How We Create Impact

We do not believe in temporary fixes. Our execution model is designed for long-term, sustainable development.

1. Grassroots Survey

We actively engage with village panchayats and locals to identify their most pressing needs, whether it is study materials for students or medical camps for the elderly.

Mobilization

2. Resource Mobilization

Our dedicated social mobilization managers gather funds, volunteers, and necessary resources, ensuring absolute transparency in every campaign we plan.

3. On-Ground Execution

From planting thousands of saplings to executing large-scale blood donation drives, our teams deploy to the field to turn plans into immediate action.

4. Sustainable Empowerment

We build permanent infrastructure—like libraries and our upcoming 25-acre free international school in Dhukra—to ensure the community thrives independently for generations.
